- Project and site details you provide when requesting quotes.

Optional enquiry attachments can include photographs of equipment or property and site plans. Send only material you have permission to share and avoid passwords, access QR codes, sensitive footage and unrelated personal information. Uploaded JPG and PNG images are re-encoded to remove metadata. Accepted files are attached to the enquiry email; temporary application copies are removed after the send attempt. Email copies form part of the enquiry record and are handled under the retention arrangements below. PDFs may retain document metadata, so remove any private details before sending.
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide quotations, deliver services, maintain client records, and improve our website and support processes. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Lawful basis
We process data where necessary for pre-contract steps, contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as service quality, security, and fraud prevention.
